CCS Band & Choirs shine at the TPSMEA Band & Choral Festivals!

On Friday, April 22, 2022, both the CCS Band and CCS Elementary & Middle School Choirs traveled to Houston, TX for the TPSMEA Band and Choral Festivals.

CCS Band earned "Sweepstakes Status"...earning straight 1's (Superior Ratings) from all judges in both performance and sight reading. This, on top of their winning the TPSMEA Marching Competition in the fall, gives them Sweepstakes Status with TPSMEA. Congratulations to our Warrior Band!

The CCS Middle School Girls Choir earned straight 1's (Superior Ratings) from all judges. The CCS Elementary Honor Choir earned straight 1's (Superior Ratings) from all judges. The CCS Middle School Boys Choir earned two 1's (Superior) and one 2 (Excellent). This was after all groups earned straight Superior ratings from all judges (Sweepstakes) at the American Classic/Texas Bluebonnet Choral Festival last Friday at the Tobin Center in San Antonio. We are proud of all of our Warriors!
