CCS Store Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

• You may exchange any unused CCS products for the same product in a different size within 10 days of purchase.
• If products are shrink-wrapped, such products must remain unopened in order to qualify for an exchange.
• CCS does not offer store credit.
• Any damaged or defective CCS products may be exchanged for the same product within 15 days of receipt.
• Damaged and/or defective items must be returned to The Armory in order to process an exchange.
• Prior to submitting any products for exchange, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form is required. To obtain your RMA form, please call Customer Service at (800) 854-9899, Monday- Friday, 8:30-5:00 CST. Products received without an RMA form will be considered a donation to Cornerstone Church Missions Outreach.
• Other than the exceptions set forth above, there are no returns and all sales are final. If you have questions regarding our return policy - please call Customer Service at (800) 854-9899.
• For purposes of clarification, the above return policy only applies to items purchased from the CCS store and does not apply to any school uniforms purchased through Tommy Hilfiger or other third-party vendors.
