Students who are not picked up in the afternoon by 4:00pm will be checked into the program and applicable fees will be billed. Students who regularly attend Extended Care / Warrior Study Club must register.

Extended Care / Warrior Study Club closes at 6:00 pm Students who are picked up after 6:00pm will be charged an additional fee per minute late.

Extended Care / Warrior Study Club is an extension of Cornerstone Christian Schools, and all school policies and procedures apply.

To provide secure and safe supervision after school hours for working parents.

To provide activities designed to enrich a child’s social, emotional, intellectual, and physical needs.

To provide a positive environment designed to enhance a child’s self-concept.

Children must have a completed Extended Care Registration form on file to attend Extended Care. Monthly rates are based on the actual cost of the program for the academic year. Rates do not vary due to vacation, holiday, or absences.

Extended Care Fee Schedule:

• Registration Fee: $65
• Elementary Monthly Fee: $300
• Elementary Daily Drop-in Fee: $50
• Secondary Monthly Fee: $210
• Secondary Daily Drop-in Fee: $40

Children may be withdrawn from Extended Care Services at any time with a two-week notice in writing. This courtesy will prevent next month’s tuition from being charged to the student account.

Full payment is due the third of every month. It may be paid separately or included in monthly tuition.
